EPF Slip of executive of Bhopal SSA for finacial year 2010-11 is available with Mr. Dandge. All the members are reuested to collect the same from Mr Dandge JAO GMTD Bhopal.

General Body meet of Bhopal SSA and CO Bhopal was conducted at RR of Arera Telephone Exchange Bhopal on 24th Nov 2011. Almost all the members were present and there was brain storming discussion on various issues. DS CO Bhopal Shri Pankaj Watti elaborated about the happenings in Bhopal while CWC Shri S K Pathak explained about the development in Circle. CS Shri S K Gupta elaborated about the stand of CHQ at this critical juncture. Issue of Shri Amit Agrawal SDE Call Center sought the attention of all members and it was finally resolved that CS Shri S K Gupta will take over this matter with Admin Section of Circle Office Bhopal. Apart from this some of the other points which was highlighted are :
(1) EPF Issues and working of newly formed EPF committee
(2) Every member to file RTI to their respective EPFO as per format available on Circle website. For format Click Here.
(3) DPC Schedule
(4) E1-E2 DPC for 2005 Batch for which Shri Devendra Saini has done has tremendous job by coordinating and completing all the missing documents which resulted in inclusion of all the names of 2005 batch.
(5) Fund Status

General Body meet of Bhopal SSA and CO Bhopal has been scheduled at RR of Arera Telephone Exchange Bhopal from 05:30pm. All members are requested to attend the meet and share their views and opinion.

DS Shri Sachin Sonkhusre along with our CS Shri S K Gupta and CFS Shri Pavan Akhand met GMTD Shri G C Pandey. There was brainstorming discussion about various development issues. Transfer case of Smt Aparna Mahajan was discussed for which our GMTD showed a positive concern and assured us for early settlement.

General Body Meeting of AIGETOA Bhopal and Circle Office was held on 14th Sep 2011 at Recreation Club ATX Bhopal. It was great to see presence of almost all the members. There was a fruitful discussion among all the members for the preapration and arrangement for lunch hour demonstration. CP Shri M K Soni emphasized the need of money for Dharna and appealed all the members to clear their dues so that dharna can be arranged in a successful manner. At the last all the members took a resolution that we will make the lunch hour demonstration and Dharna a success story.

General Body Meeting of AIGETOA Bhopal and Circle Office was held on 06th Sep 2011 at Recreation Club ATX Bhopal. It was great to see presence of almost all the members. Circle Secretary Shri S K Gupta , Shri M K Soni (Circle President AIGETOA MP), Shri S K Pathak (CWC AIGETOA MP), Shri Sachin Sonkhusre (DS AIGETOA Bhopal Region) and Shri Pankaj Watti (DS AIGETOA Circle Office) presided over the meeting. Circle Secretary elaborated about the resolutions passed in Indore Conference. He also explained the members about the need to give notice to Circle Administration and proposed Dharna on 20th Sep 2011. He also mentioned about the preparations and schedule for Dharna. It was great to see a healthy discussion for preparation of lunch hour demonstration and Dharna. All the members gave their valuable views which was compiled by our DS and was handed over to CS. In a function after District Conference of AIGETOA Bhopal and Circle Office, AIGETOA Bhopal Web Page was inaugurated by Circle Secretary Shri S K Gupta in the presence of Shri Pavan Akhand (Web Secretary AIGETOA CHQ) and Shri M K Soni (Circle President AIGETOA MP). On this Occasion Shri S K Pathak (CWC AIGETOA MP), Shri Sachin Sonkhusre (DS AIGETOA Bhopal Region) and Shri Pankaj Watti (DS AIGETOA Circle Office)were also present. Circle Secretary mentioned that the website would aim to highlight the burning issues of the members. He also said that this is only a step forward for the resolution passed in Indore conference and told about urgency of launching same type of webpage for other SSA also for which he had expressed his views to be completed before 15th Sep 2011.
